By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your payment card. All prices are presented in UK pounds sterling and include VAT. The price shown on the website is current for the particular product at the time. Prices do not include postage, which is charged separately at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods without any notice or reason, but only before we have accepted your order and not after.
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you will experience many years of learning with our science kits, but if you do need to return an item, you can return your item to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided the items are unused.

Your name, what you wish to return and why you wish to return the item. If we agree to the refund then please allow us a working week to refund the amount.
